Going to music festivals. The above picture was the main stage, right before Glassjaw, on the Sunday at HevyFest. It was an interesting festival, it was small and intimate, had interesting rides, see below!
We went on the waltzer ride of doom. It was in fact lethal. This is a picture taken during the ride, the least flattering of mine but one of the most flattering of Olly, the other picture of us on the waltzers keeps making me laugh uncontrollably but would be far too mean to post. The people actually running the ride were insane. Our friend Ryan insisted on going "super fast" which we did, I've never been on a waltzer ride that fast!
In other news, look how big the tomatoes are getting! A couple of weekends ago, Olly and I finally got around to staking and pinching off our tomato plants. This was the first year we have ever grown them, or anything for that matter, and what a learning curve this has been! Firstly we had about fifteen seedlings in a small pot, which we thinned out into a long box. This box has turned out to be far to small for the plants we have growing. Then we waited until after the first few fruits had set before staking, so could have potentially ruined all of the roots. There is about 14 stakes in our tiny box it looks like a ridiculous hedgehog of a plant pot.
I've also been shopping for supplies. Aren't these amazing prints? I can't wait to make them into something!
Wow, love the material with a passion!! And you two look so cute/hilarious on that ride :)
